 Kimberley Davis, SPHR has been the Human Resources Director of Gelman, Rosenberg and Freedman since August 2006. She is responsible for all human resources functions in the organization including organizational development, compensation & benefits administration, training, employee relations, recruitment, and administration of COBRA and FMLA programs.
Before joining Gelman, Rosenberg and Freedman, Ms. Davis was the Human Resources Manager for Capital Region Health System at Hamilton Health Center, Inc. where she was also responsible for all human resources functions within the company.
Ms. Davis has over 15 years of exempt-level experience in Human Resource Management. She began her career with the Book-of-the-Month Club in Mechanicsburg, PA, where she worked as a Human Resources Trainee for 3 years and received hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management. After the successful completion of the Training program, she was promoted to Human Resources Representative, where she was responsible for all facets of recruiting over 300 exempt and non-exempt staff annually, employee relations and representing the Human Resources Department at Distribution and Fulfillment meetings.
Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1995 from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA. In 1999, she received her Master of Arts in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations from Saint Francis College in Loretto, PA. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. |
