Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman Announces Health Care Reform Presentation for Nonprofits

Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman will host an April 30 presentation entitled Health Care Reform and Its Financial Impact on Nonprofits. The event will focus on the Affordable Care Act and the changes it brings to the US health care system.

Jody Buyalos, an employee benefits expert from The Insurance Exchange, a Mid-Atlantic insurance agency that provides coverage to businesses and individuals nationally and internationally, will speak about:

  • Current health care reform requirements
  • The financial impact of health care reform on nonprofits
  • More about the new insurance exchanges and the penalties imposed for noncompliance

Mr. Buyalos will provide guidance on these items and others. This presentation would be most useful to nonprofits with more than 50 employees.

The complimentary event, which will be hosted at the offices of Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman CPAs, is scheduled from 8:00 to 10:00 am and includes breakfast.
