Director of Quality Control

Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman is a growing CPA firm located two blocks from the Bethesda metro station. GRF is in need of a full time professional to oversee the firm’s quality control process. Duties include: Performing technical reviews of reports, keeping the firm current on new audit standards, maintaining the firm’s quality control document, conducting training for staff on topics of interest and various special projects. Qualified candidates must have an active CPA license, working knowledge of A-133 audit guidelines, knowledge of current accounting pronouncements (especially in regard to not for profit orgs.) and at least three years of quality control process experience .
