GRF Partner Jim Larson, CPA and Senior Audit Manager Trevor Williams, CPA review the benefits and drawbacks of time tracking for associations at the American Society of Association Executives’ Key Professional Associations Committee (KPAC) in Houston, Texas. Considerations include existing alternatives for time tracking, tools used to expedite the process, the pros and cons and making the return on investment decision and, finally, a discussion about the extent to which KPAC organizations are actually tracking their time.
