Our partners and staff write and present seminars throughout the nonprofit community, speaking to association and professional groups on specific topics related to nonprofit auditing and financial management, including OMB Circular A-133 compliance, establishing private voluntary organizations, the reporting requirements associated with FASBs 116 and 117, strategic planning, budgeting, changes in fundraising regulations, and the IRS rules on lobbying and documentation of charitable gifts.
We have also conducted in-house round table seminars for nonprofit clients on various issues of common interest, such as accounting and computer systems, risk management, the nonprofit board members' role in financial management, employment laws, strategic planning and benchmarking statistics.
