Our Services

One of the cores of our professional practice is the audit of financial statements. Our nonprofit audits are meticulously planned, completed in a timely, efficient manner, and conducted according to the most stringent professional standards of the AICPA. A significant number of our nonprofit audit clients receive funds from the federal government and we understand the unique reporting requirements from both the granting entity’s and the recipient’s perspective.

Among our attestation services, we perform audits that comply with U.S. government requirements, such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-110, A-122 and A-133. We conduct grant audits on behalf of most federal agencies, with a strong focus on USAID requirements. Our membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Governmental Audit Quality Center provides us with access to a national community of accounting professionals whose commitment to providing governmental audit services enhances our firm’s ability to maintain current knowledge and deliver quality services to our nonprofit clients. In addition to compliance matters, we work closely with our clients on strategic long-range planning, organizational structure including foundation and association relationships to minimize UBIT liability; investment policy analysis; retirement plans and employee benefits; alternative revenue sources; and budgeting.
