Fiscal Cliff Tax Update – What to Expect in 2013
Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman Tax and Business Valuation Director Walter Deyhle will be presenting a webinar on the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 (ATRA), which was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama to avert the impact of significant tax hikes and federal spending cuts—commonly known as the “fiscal cliff”.
This webinar will cover developments in the tax code that have occurred since Mr. Deyhle’s Year-End Tax Planning Seminar and provide you with insights on how the ATRA will affect you and what measures you can take to manage your tax liability in 2013 and beyond.
The webinar is limited to 100 participants, so register quickly to ensure your ability to attend. If there is a lot of interest, we will consider hosting a second webinar on the same topic to accommodate those who are unable to attend the Thursday session.

When selecting an auditor, the Council on Social Work Education sought a firm that could bring the greatest technical expertise to our organization. I remember my first meeting with Terri McKnight. As a new Executive Director, I felt very confident that she and Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman had a handle on the nonprofit industry and could help us make better financial decisions for our environment.
