Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee led groups that foster a sense of belonging, inclusivity and contributes to our positive company culture.
ERGs at GRF are aligned with our mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. They offer a blend of support, education, and impact on firm business strategy through marketplace, community, and inclusive recruiting and retention strategies.
Each group raises awareness for the concerns of its members, liaising with GRF leadership to create a culture of belonging for all employees.
