If October isn’t Community Service Month for everyone, it is for Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman. Last month, our firm participated in two projects, demonstrating that our commitment to making the world a better place isn’t just professional–it is personal:
- Our employees participated in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, resulting in a donation of $6,400 to the Lazarus Foundation
- Employees also spent a Saturday morning cleaning up and landscaping an area around the C&O Canal National Historical Park.
Earlier this year, the firm and individual employees also donated $4,000 to Lutheran World Relief, the American Jewish World Service, Action Against Hunger and Mercy Corps to support Haitian relief efforts after a devastating earthquake.
