Mr. Williams will draw upon nearly 20 years of experience managing audit functions, contractual compliance rules, regulations, policies, procedures and operations from nonprofits to:

  • demonstrate how nonprofit investments can be managed to achieve a successful audit
  • articulate how board and audit committee members play a central role in developing a sound investment policy
  • execute procedures to avoid receiving management comments on the final audited financial statements
