Since 1983, Mr. Albrecht has concentrated his career on serving the nonprofit community providing annual audit work, tax and management consulting, internal control evaluations, indirect rate submission and the design and implementation of indirect and fringe benefit rates. His work with the firm’s International Nongovernmental Organization (INGO) clients has taken him to more than 100 countries and encompasses both audit work, specifically the review of field office internal controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as compliance with specific donor policies and consulting.
Mr. Albrecht has been a partner with the firm for more than 25 years and is a frequently-requested speaker on various financial issues of concern to the nonprofit community. The topics of his presentations range from compliance under the OMB circulars to managing federal funds administered in foreign countries and more.
