Jim Larson, audit partner at Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman, co-presented with Project Concern and FHI to illustrate common internal audit models and review the benefits and drawbacks of each for international non-governmental organizations. The presentation covered the role of an internal audit, models for their various functions and the features of in-sourced, co-sourced and outsourced audits. Mr. Larson presented at the 2011 InsideNGO annual meeting.
