Community Impact

At GRF CPAs & Advisors our clients inspire us to do more for our communities. We work hard to improve the quality of life for those individuals who live in the communities where we work and live.

By participating in community service, our employees feel a stronger connection to the community, each other and the firm’s mission. We help a wide range of nonprofit organizations by serving on their boards, financially sponsoring events, volunteering our time and with gifts in-kind.

GRF’s Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

GRF CPAs & Advisors strives to create a working environment where everyone is valued and respected for who they are. Diversity, equity and inclusiveness are at the heart of the firm’s values because we believe that our staff and culture should reflect the diversity of our clients and the world in which we live.

Our long-term commitment to inclusiveness and appreciation of differences among our staff motivates us to actively seek talented individuals regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, disabilities, lifestyle, education, and marital and or parental status.

“GRF has built an inclusive culture where people can bring their entire selves to work. The firm’s leadership is committed to programs and initiatives that celebrate the differences among individuals, but diversity and inclusion is everyone’s responsibility at GRF .”

Employee Resource Groups

GRF created Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to provide a platform for employees to connect, share experiences, and support each other in their personal and professional growth. Each group raises awareness and advocates for the needs and concerns of its members, liaising with GRF leadership to drive positive change and create a culture of belonging for all employees.

AI Innovation

In 2023, GRF provided seed funding to the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business to support its AI Initiative for Capital Market Research. Led by Dr. Sean Cao, the initiative bridges academic research and real-world applications—translating AI insights into industry solutions and training future talent with domain-specific expertise.

This partnership reflects GRF’s ongoing investment in innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance accounting processes and deliver smarter, more efficient client solutions.
