We’re looking for devoted, hard-working students ready to learn and make their mark. Spend a summer or semester gaining real-life work experience (plus school credit and a paycheck) at a respected CPA firm in the greater Washington, DC area. Our skilled team of CPAs and business professionals enjoys helping talented college students start their careers.

GRF CPAs & Advisors offers accounting internships throughout the year in various departments, including audit & assurance and tax. Our firm also offers IT, human resources, and marketing internships, as well as internships in Risk Advisory Services, Accounting Technology Services, and Internal Accounting.

Externship

The GRF Externship Program is a dynamic, week-long experience designed for college students exploring a career in accounting. The program offers hands-on learning through real-world case studies, interactive workshops, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Externs gain a behind-the-scenes look at life at GRF, connect with team members across departments, and build skills that lay the foundation for a successful accounting career. Whether you’re considering audit, tax, or advisory services, this program provides valuable insight into the profession and our firm’s unique culture.
