It’s time to reconvene, reconnect with peers, share stories and achievements, and gain valuable insights from experts on how to move forward. This year’s theme is “tides of change, anchors of hope”— an emphasis on our ability to ride out the destabilizing forces of new and emerging shifts in the nonprofit landscape. How do we respond to the challenges presented by change? What is it that keeps us anchored when the tides seem stronger than ever?

To explore these questions, we are honored to welcome Dr. Susie Wise, design leader, educator, and author of Design for Belonging. Dr. Wise brings decades of experience in education, tech, and the social sector, and her work helps leaders use equity design and innovation practices to reduce othering and build belonging—an anchor every community needs in times of turbulence. Her insights will ground us in both resilience and imagination, equipping us to embrace change while strengthening the ties that hold us together.
