Managing Rapidly Evolving Technology Concerns
Many nonprofit cybersecurity sessions become highly technical or focus primarily on the latest cyber threats. This workshop takes a different, practical approach by helping leaders develop tools to manage cybersecurity as a governance and enterprise risk management responsibility—not just an IT issue—in the context of evolving technology concerns.
