Amy and Jackie led an in-depth discussion of choices financial managers must make and relationships they need to build to ensure the operational success of their nonprofit organization, management and board responsibilities, key roles among financial staff in a nonprofit organization, the importance of operating reserves, and internal financial statements.
This is the third time Amy and Jackie have led this presentation for Maryland Nonprofits over the past year. Gelman, Rosenberg and Freedman has sponsored the group’s annual conference for the past several years.
