Seventeen Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman auditors attended the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance’s (OCNA) 7th Annual Gala at Washington, DC’s Ritz Carlton on Tuesday, February 7. The firm’s audit department director and partner Terri McKnight, who attended and spoke at the gala, is president of OCNA’s board of directors. Area chefs cooked up a storm for more than 300 supporters to help raise money for the organization’s efforts to raise awareness, educate women and health care providers and advocate on behalf of women with ovarian cancer. OCNA will hold its 15th Annual Conference in July.
