Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman will serve as a sponsor of Greater DC Cares’ 2012 Servathon, an annual Washington, DC-based event that draws 10,000 volunteers to serve the community. Staff from the firm will support a local nonprofit client, Sasha Bruce Youthwork, by painting rooms and building picnic tables at an emergency home for neglected at-risk youth. The project is intended to create a warm and safe environment for the youth residing at the home.
