Mr. Norton joined the firm in January 2021 as a senior manager to lead GRF’s Accounting Technology Services (ATS) practice. ATS provides customized accounting technology solutions that improve productivity and provide real-time visibility into business performance.

Leveraging the latest accounting technology, Mr. Norton and his team provide clients with creative, best-in-class solutions to improve existing accounting processes for transparency and efficiency. Mr. Norton and his team guide clients through their digital transformation journey, empowering remote and hybrid teams and supporting the increasingly complex reporting needs of leadership. A Sage Intacct VAR partner, GRF is a leader in designing and implementing cloud accounting solutions for nonprofit organizations, professional services firms, government contractors, and other small-to-medium sized businesses.

Mr. Norton began his career in public accounting, working on both financial statement audits and individual and business tax filings. While working in public accounting, he developed a strong affinity for nonprofit organizations focusing on them exclusively for six years. Later, Mr. Norton transitioned to leading the nonprofit practice and technology division for an outsourced accounting company in New York City. Mr. Norton has also held a variety of nonprofit leadership roles ranging from Financial Lead for Meals on Wheels and Interpreting Services programs, to CFO of a large regional Chamber of Commerce.
