Ahkeeia is a Senior Manager in Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services at GRF CPAs & Advisors, serving as a trusted, CFO-level advisor to nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. With more than 10 years of experience across accounting, financial reporting, and strategic advisory, she partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial operations, enhance decision-making, and support long-term sustainability.
Before joining GRF, Ahkeeia built a strong foundation in private industry within the property and casualty insurance sector, where she led teams of analysts and accounts payable professionals supporting complex financial environments. That experience, combined with her public accounting background, allows her to bring both operational insight and strategic perspective to her client engagements.
In her current role, Ahkeeia leads multi-entity client engagements and oversees all aspects of the monthly close, financial reporting, and analysis. Her expertise includes GAAP compliance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial projections, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. She goes beyond the numbers—helping leadership teams understand the story behind their financials and use that insight to make informed, forward-looking decisions. She also supports tax-exempt organizations through audit and tax coordination, ensuring compliance while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency.
Ahkeeia regularly works with executive directors, CFOs, boards, and committees to prepare and present financial information in a clear, strategic, and actionable way. She is known for her ability to translate complex financial concepts into practical guidance, making her a valued thought partner to clients navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity.
Ahkeeia also serves on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization, where she chairs the Program Committee and serves on the Finance Committee. This experience gives her valuable board-level insight into nonprofit governance, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making—further strengthening her ability to advise clients from both an operational and leadership perspective.

Ahkeeia holds a Bachelor of Science in Service Management from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Strayer University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA).
