Biography

Anne Qu is the Director of Business Development & Client Relations at GRF CPAs & Advisors, where she leads firmwide growth initiatives, strengthens client relationships, and collaborates across internal teams to align services with evolving market and industry trends. Since joining GRF in January 2025, Anne has focused on developing strategic business development programs that enhance client satisfaction and support the firm’s long-term growth.

Anne brings more than two decades of experience in relationship management and business strategy within the financial services industry. Prior to GRF, she held leadership roles at several regional, national, and international commercial banks, advising middle-market and commercial clients across the Washington, DC–Baltimore region.

She is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to build trusted, long-term client partnerships. She holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago.
