Biography
Chase Christiansen, RMCP serves as a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance Department where he oversees workforce planning and performance. He is responsible for managing the staffing and deployment of resources within the assurance department for clients virtually, locally, across the US, and internationally. Additionally, he conducts ongoing evaluations of talent capacity and performance to address critical issues related to resource utilization and professional development.
Mr. Christiansen brings extensive experience in developing and implementing robust resource management practices. As part of his role, he provides guidance on the strategic positioning of talent to fulfill client needs while ensuring rewarding career experiences for GRF team members. Using historical data to forecast the future demands of the department and providing hiring recommendations, he focuses on retention and development of talent to meet the demands of the ever-changing market of public accounting. Drawing from his background as an assurance professional, he leverages his client service experience to drive operational success in talent development and deployment.
