Biography
Gracie Healy joined GRF CPAs & Advisors in August 2024 as a Human Resources Recruiter. In her role, she leads the firm’s campus recruiting initiatives and events, sources and screens candidates for internal positions, and plays a key role in building and expanding the firm’s accounting talent pipeline.
Before joining GRF, Gracie managed marketing and operations for a top-producing real estate team. After six successful years in sales, she discovered her passion for recruitment and spent a year at Beacon Hill Staffing, where she specialized in full-cycle recruitment and further developed her talent acquisition expertise.
Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Gracie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2017. Now based in Washington, D.C., she enjoys cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, watching Bravo, and exploring the city’s vibrant food scene and beautiful parks with her husband, son, and their dog.
