Mary Villany is a seasoned professional with over 20 years in the financial industry, specializing in Learning and Development and Financial Operations/Analysis. As the Director of Learning and Development at GRF, she is dedicated to fostering the growth and success of professionals through targeted learning opportunities and guidance.

Before joining GRF, Mary held various roles in Learning and Development and Finance Operations at a leading accounting firm.  She led the re-design and implementation of learner tools, developed new curriculum platforms and re-vamped learning compliance reporting.  She is a learning and development leader with a proven track record in managing and implementing tools that promote learning.
