Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman CPAs has been selected as an approved auditor by the DC Public Charter School Board (PCSB). This annual review process, managed by PCSB, reviews the qualifications of interested auditors according to a set of criteria including experience with audits according to generally accepted government auditing standards, experience with OMB A-133 requirements and the expenditure of federal awards, compliance with standard financial statement presentations and disclosures required by the PCSB, and quality of service.
