GRF Recognizes Lauren Jones and Julie Hulem as 2026 MACPA Women to Watch Honorees

The Maryland Association of CPA’s Foundation hosts the annual Women to Watch award to celebrate women in the profession and demonstrate to emerging leaders that success is not out of reach. Awards are given in two categories:

• Emerging Leaders: Emerging Leaders are women who are up-and-coming stars in their organizations, who demonstrate leadership and contribute to the profession through service and implementation of impactful initiatives.
• Experienced Leaders: those who have established their roles as leaders in their organizations by advancing to the highest levels of management or ownership, and by mentoring those following in their footsteps.

Lauren Jones has been nominated in the Emerging Leaders category, and Julie Hulem in the Experience Leader category, reflecting their remarkable achievements and dedication to excellence within our firm and the broader accounting community. Their commitment to GRF and the accounting profession has made a lasting impact, and we are honored to see them recognized among such an esteemed group of professionals.

The awards ceremony will take place on September 23, 2026, at the Historic London Town & Gardens. We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating Lauren’s and Julie’s achievements and supporting them at this special event.

This year the Women to Watch awards will be the culmination of the MACPA Foundation’s newly reimagined Rise Together Retreat, creating a warm and intentional environment where attendees can step away from their daily responsibilities, invest in themselves, and build meaningful connections with peers across the profession.
