Biography
Ms. Hulem is a senior manager in the For-Profit Tax department at GRF CPAs & Advisors. She provides tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of business clients with a focus on partnerships under subchapter K and S corporations under subchapter S.
Prior to joining GRF CPAs & Advisors, Julie spent ten years in the Asset and Wealth Management practice at PwC LLP. She has extensive experience in providing tax consulting and compliance services to a wide range of financial service clients the Private Equity, Fund of Funds and Real Estate fund space. She has managed the tax compliance process for both federal and international filings for her clients. She also consults on fund structuring during the acquisition and exits of deals. Julie is passionate about tax technology and building efficiencies in the tax compliance process.
