GRF’s Melissa Musser Publishes ASAE Article on Building Member Value

GRF’s Melissa Musser, Partner and Director of Risk & Advisory Services, has published a new article for ASAE entitled, “Building Member Value Through Impact and Sustainability.” Featured in the ASAE Resources Center, the article explores how associations can strengthen member engagement, enhance their value proposition, and position themselves for long-term success by aligning their strategies and services with the sustainability issues that matter most to their members.

The article highlights how sustainability and impact initiatives, often associated with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations, can serve as strategic tools for associations. Rather than creating entirely new programs, Melissa encourages association leaders to view existing efforts through a new lens, identifying opportunities to deliver greater value, strengthen partnerships, create new revenue streams, and reinforce their leadership within their industries.
