Experience GRF
GRF CPAs & Advisors offers outstanding benefits for professionals eager to make a meaningful impact, attracting talent at every stage in their careers. Whether early in their journey, well established, or seasoned leaders, our professionals recognize the vital role our team plays in the success of our clients and firm. Our workplace fosters an environment where individuals can find fulfillment and satisfaction in their careers, empowering them to contribute to something truly exceptional.
Leadership Development
As the firm grows, we have established processes to recruit, hire, and develop top talent—not only those with strong technical skills, but also individuals who can lead, serve clients effectively, develop new business, and inspire others. A key focus is enhancing our staff’s client relationship capabilities so they can take on more active roles in managing clients, which will become increasingly important as the firm expands and the need for capable leaders in client-facing roles continues to grow.
Recognized Great Place to Work
We take our unique firm culture seriously. In 2026, GRF was named one of Accounting Today’s 2026 Best Accounting Firms to Work For. Accounting Today also honored the firm among their Firms to Watch and Top Firms in the Capital Region. In addition to Accounting Today, GRF is also recognized among Inside Public Accounting’s Top 200 Firms and the Washington Business Journal’s Top 25 Accounting Firms.
Certified Public Accountant Certification Program
We’ve built our reputation as CPAs on expert knowledge and client trust, and we’re committed to keeping you current through subsidized CPE classes, higher education, and professional development opportunities. The firm also pays for a CPA review course to help you prepare for the exam. In addition, you will receive a bonus of up to $3,000 depending on when you pass.
Through our mentoring program, a senior staff member will guide you in selecting the best development options—such as CPAmerica-sponsored CPE courses, in-firm training, outside seminars, or developmental assignments. We also encourage participation in professional associations and industry-specific events, and ensure our audit and tax staff meet annual CPE requirements to stay current with nonprofit regulations.
