The tax reform bill that Congress passed at the very end of 2017 has created great uncertainty, particularly for nonprofit organizations. The Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers & the Center for Nonprofit Advancement invite their members to a special briefing with Richard Locastro, CPA, JD, of Gelman, Rosenberg & Freedman, who will provide clarity on some of the most pressing issues of concern for our sector.
