Group Medical Insurance Plan: Coverage is effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire. The firm pays the full cost of individual employee coverage.
401(k) Retirement Plan: The firm matches 50% on the dollar up to 6% of employee’s contribution for a maximum of 3%.
Continuing Education/Tuition Assistance: The firm will pay for a minimum of 40 hours per year of continuing professional education (CPE), which is required for all professional staff. In addition, you may receive tuition assistance of up to $5,250 tax-free (based on IRS limits) after 1 year of service.
CPA Certification: The firm pays the cost of a CPA review course and accompanying study materials within the first 2 years of employment.
Computer Purchase: The firm will reimburse employees 25% of the cost of one computer system purchased for personal use.
Recruitment Initiative: The firm will pay you a recruitment bonus if you recruit new hires. These bonuses range from $500 to $10,000 and payments are subject to conditions contained in the Employee Handbook.
Travel Opportunities: We have traveled to more than 100 countries worldwide. We offer the option for local and international travel to work with clients at their respective offices.
