Group Medical, Dental Care & Vision: Coverage is effective on the first day of the month following your date of hire. The firm pays the full cost of individual employee medical coverage. GRF also provides an optional vision plan and a choice of 2 voluntary dental care plans through MetLife.

Profit Sharing and 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: GRF provides a 3% profit-sharing contribution to all eligible employee retirement accounts. Employees may also defer compensation on a pretax basis via the traditional 401(k) and/or on a post-tax basis via the Roth 401(k).

Computer Purchase: The firm will reimburse employees 25% of the cost of one personal computer system purchased for personal use.

Continuing Education/Tuition Assistance: The firm pays for a minimum of 40 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) per year required for all professional accounting staff. In addition, you may be eligible for tuition assistance after 1 year of service.

CPA Certification: The firm pays the cost of a CPA review course and accompanying study materials within the first 2 years of employment. Professional staff are eligible to receive a bonus for passing all four (4) parts of the CPA exam.

Flexible Spending Plan: Employees can save through pre-tax payroll deductions for certain medical expenses, dependent care expenses, parking, and mass transit.

Holidays: The firm observes 9 paid holidays per year as follows: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Paid Time Off (PTO): GRF recognizes that employees have diverse needs for time off and believes that employees should have opportunities to enjoy time away from work.

Professional Association Dues and Licensing: The firm sponsors your membership in professional associations related to your job function. In addition, the firm will pay for your licensure in one state.

Student Loan Paydown Program: GRF offers a Student Loan Paydown Program to full-time non-management employees who have completed ninety (90) days of employment.
