On February 22, 2012 President Obama signed into law an extension of the employee-side payroll tax holiday that will extend the tax cuts through the end of 2012. This special publication details how the tax holiday will affect employers, the IRS and corporate tax estimations.  It also addresses some possible forthcoming changes to the tax code in 2012 that are currently under consideration.
