Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Raising Awareness and Cultivating Belonging

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives.

ERGs at GRF offer diverse social identity groups a blend of safe space support, education, and impact on firm business strategy through marketplace, community, and inclusive recruiting strategies.

GRF Promotes Allyship

Allyship refers to the actions, behaviors, and practices that individuals take to support members of underrepresented groups, amplify diverse voices, and advocate with others, especially with individuals who do not belong to the same social identity groups as themselves.
