This webinar is hosted by the Charleston Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants as part of their AGA Spring Conference, held virtually this year.
This session will cover the pros and cons of having a Federal grant or cooperative agreement. There will be a discussion around different scenarios as to whether you can negotiate a NICRA rate with an agency or negotiate an indirect rate with your Pass-Through Entity. The de minimis rate will be explained. We will also include a discussion regarding PPP loan forgiveness and its impact on the F&A indirect cost pool or directly to a Federal award. We will hit on problematic sub-recipients, fixed amount awards and a list of changes to the revised Uniform Guidance (11/12/2020).
