How to Whitelist GRF Emails

To ensure these and other GRF emails are delivered to your inbox follow the steps below:

  • Add to your email’s whitelist (Directions below)
  • Check your Junk Email or Spam folder. If you find a GRF email there mark the message as “Not Junk”, ” Not Spam” or “add sender to safe sender list” depending on your system

How to Whitelist an Email in Outlook

  1. If using Outlook on App, Click File and under Account Settings click the link below “Access this account on the web.”
  2. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select “View all Outlook settings.”
  3. Select “Mail” from the settings menu.
  4. Choose “Junk email” from the submenu.
  5. Click “Add” under “Safe senders and domains.”
  6. Enter to be whitelisted.
  7. Choose “Save.”

How to Whitelist an Email in Gmail

  1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings” from the Quick settings menu.
  2. Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu.
  3. Select “Create a new filter.”
  4. Add or in the “From” field.
  5. Click “Create filter.”
  6. Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox.
  7. Click “Create filter.”
