United Way of Greater Atlanta changed their investment priorities in 2019 to further advance their Child Well-Being agenda. Recognizing that families’ needs are not siloed in one area, the organization developed integrated strategies and investment priorities that more accurately reflected the complex ways in which individuals and families need support. They also came to acknowledge that their existing grants management system was not robust enough to meet the future needs of the organization.
With Fluxx, United Way of Greater Atlanta moved their entire grantmaking process to one centralized, online platform. They removed the contract and payment processes from their silos, and got rid of their pen and paper.
