Accounting Abroad: Traveling with GRF

Kaps Kapende, a staff member at GRF for four months, was drawn to the firm by a friend’s recommendation of its phenomenal culture and genuine acceptance of individuality. The diverse backgrounds of GRF’s employees made Kaps’ transition easier as an African immigrant, fostering connections and cultural learning. The flexibility to work remotely and travel for clients excited Kaps, especially the prospect of returning to their native Congo. Kaps recently had an enriching experience in Kenya with a great team, bonding over safaris and soccer. The inclusive culture, client variety, and opportunities for personal growth make GRF an ideal workplace. Kaps is multilingual and aims to overcome their fear of the CPA exam, aspiring to become a partner or manager at GRF in the future, supported by the firm’s educational assistance.
